When is it Time to Get Help With Social Media?

If you go on Facebook, you can search a business you’re interested in and chances are, you’ll be able to find them. If we can’t find them we might get a little frustrated, because seriously, who doesn’t have a Facebook page these days?? And sometimes you might be able to find them, but still get frustrated because the last post they created is so old! How are we supposed to know about their latest product or if they have any great holiday sales if the last time they posted anything was 8 months ago? Frustrating right?

Since many people search on Facebook now just like they would on Google, you want your Facebook presence to be strong. You don’t want people to get frustrated or not know about your latest products because your content is old. Luckily, there are people (us!) who can help you get back on track with your social media. Here’s how you’ll know when it’s time to give us a call.

You don’t have time.
You know you should be posting, but you just can’t find the time to sit down at your desk and write Facebook posts. Maybe you run a small business and there are so many other things demanding your attention. You post as much as you can, but it’s just not as consistent as it should be. Plus, when you do create a post, it might not be as good as you hoped because you quickly pushed publish because you were getting called somewhere else.

You haven’t posted in weeks
You don’t want your Facebook page to be one of those that exists, but isn’t active. It might show a potential customer you aren’t relevant and you don’t stay up to date. You should try to post once a day. Yeah, it sounds like a lot, but when someone visits your page, you’ll want them to know you’re still in business right? They’ll see you’re updated and what you’re offering. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy. Even just sharing what your store looks like that day or a little bit about yourself is a great, but simple post that won’t take a lot of time!

You’re not seeing results
Are you creating posts and keeping it updated as best as you can, but just aren’t seeing anything good coming from it? Maybe it’s time to try running an ad or changing the kind of content you post. Facebook is really useful for business – when you use it right.

If you struggle with your Facebook page or other social media accounts, contact us! We’d love to learn about you, your business, and get your pages to where they should be!
